Chapters

The Chapter model is based on the success of the Chicagoland ACC Roundtable which was formed in 2004.

The Chicagoland ACC Roundtable conducts bi-monthly meetings at a neutral site where ACT! certified consultants can learn and share their experiences according to the goals and objectives of the roundtable.  Additionally, we conduct lab and training sessions when necessary (Silent Install Lab, ACT! 2006 Beta and release, ACT! 2006 recertification test prep, etc.)

Who is invited:
All regional ACCroundtable members

Chapter Collaboration

Local chapters will be run independently by a facilitator.  The chapter facilitators will collaborate to select a bi-monthly special topic.

After the special topic is discussed at the local chapter meetings a designated attendee will participate in a conference call/WebEx meeting with attendees from the other chapters in order to compare notes, share local experiences, and arrive at a consensus regarding the topic.  These findings will be summarized and published as a white paper for the benefit of the entire ACC Roundtable membership.
